Was promoted to Lead Compositor at MARZ. Oversaw a team of compositors on various shows plus Marvels Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The role involved allocating tasks to the team based on skills and expertise. Helping solve challenges that arise such as troubleshooting technical problems, and achieving a specific look. Reviewing the teams work to ensure it meets quality standards and communicating with other departments to ensure our job can be done efficiently.
